We make every attempt to ship pre-made items within 3 business days of an order being received.  For custom or made-to-order items, we will provide you with an approximate turnaround time after receiving your order.  If you have a deadline for custom or made-to-order items, please contact us before ordering to see if we will be able to complete your order in time. We do offer the option of rush/expedited processing for an additional case-by-case fee, depending on how many orders we have in our queue.

For US orders, we use USPS Priority Mail (insured) for most items.  For larger cases, we will search for the best shipping option on a case-by-case basis.  Tracking information will be provided.



We ask all customers to please double-check the measurements of their instruments against the stated dimensions of pre-made cases before ordering.  If you have any questions, please ask before ordering (or before we ship) as we are unable to offer refunds on pre-made cases if an instrument does not fit within the stated dimensions of the case.

Please understand that we are a small business making each high-quality item individually by hand and cannot offer the same ‘no commitment’, ‘free return’ policies as big-box stores selling generic, mass-produced goods.

That said, for custom items, we will double-confirm all measurements with customers before constructing the items and will mercilessly (but kindly) pester clients to re-check any measurements that don’t add up.  We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate though we will carefully guide you through the process of taking measurements (and tracings if appropriate) to avoid situations like this.  We appreciate your patience and understanding through this process where we both have the same goal: To get a case that is perfectly-fitted to your instrument!

As our items are handmade, small ‘imperfections’ may exist.

We guarantee all of our products so that if there is a functional defect in materials or workmanship, we will pay return shipping for you to send the item back to us. We will then repair it if possible or offer customers a replacement it if it cannot be repaired.
